RL Tuesday Social Gathering
December 18th 2018: Carole’s Festive Garden Party
Carole is hosting her annual Christmas get together from 9.30am in her beautiful garden in Savannah, Arabian Ranches. Tea and coffee, scones and cakes and delicious snacks will all be served in her garden full of flowers. Numbers are required in advance so please book via Carole or on Ranches.ladies@gmail.com.

Ranches Ladies will not meet again until Tuesday 8th January 2019 due to the holidays. Our weekly programme will start again in the Baker Finch Room at the golf club in the new year.
Request for Beads
A young lady from Ajman is hoping to make some beaded belts and needs a selection of beads with large holes for threading. If any of you have any beads you are happy to donate please contact Lynne on ranches.ladies@gmail.com
Members’ Christmas Lunch
Sunday 9th December was the RL Christmas Lunch at Maison Mathis Restaurant. It was attended by 47 ladies! Maison Mathis offered a delicious menu in a lovely setting. This was a joyous start to the holiday season.

Next year Lorna is hoping to organise a once in a lifetime experience… a helicopter ride over the Dubai Palm with spectacular views of the Burj Al Arab and Burj Khalifa. This Week
The December Book Circle will meet today 16th December at the Golf Club and we will discuss “Circling the Sun” by Paula McLain.
The Literary Lunch Circle will meet tomorrow, 17th December. The book we are reading is the festive sounding the “Last Christmas in Paris” by Hazel Gaynor and Heather Webb.
It’s all change at the French Circle as we say goodbye and thank you to Karine and a big welcome to Beatrice and Valerie who will share leadership of the French Circle. Thank you ladies.
