Ranches Ladies Tuesday Social Morning

Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12 noon in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Please note the programme starts at 10.30 am.

Announcements:

On Tuesday 9th October we are hosting a celebration thank you for Carole Binbrek who has recently retired after 14 years as President of Ranches Ladies. Please join us to wish Carole well.

We need to have an idea of numbers attending so please let Connie know on ranches.ladies@gmail.com if you are joining us (if you have not done so already).

RL is launching a gardening challenge. Plant up your pots with flowers or vegetables for our competition which will be judged in February 2019. We will keep you posted with details.

On 16th October the young ladies from Barely Blush are hosting a fashion show at the RL Tuesday morning meeting. We need volunteer models to present their gorgeous kaftans. Please let us know on the email above if you would like to model.

There is still no ATM at Arabian Ranches Golf Club so please come prepared!

 Circles:

  • Carole’s monthly Storytelling Circle will take place on 8th October in Savannah at 2.30pm. Please come along for a relaxing afternoon of conversation.
  • The Gardening Circle will meet on 11th October in the Meadows.
  • Fitness Walking led by Anshu will start on Wednesday 10th October at 7 am.
  • Anshu’s Tuesday afternoon Bridge for Improvers will now start at 1pm
  • The Leather Circle also has a new start time at 1-4pm on Thursdays
  • Uni Mums will meet on 17 th October on Palmera.  Please let Ali know if you will attend.
  • The new Art and Craft Circle run by Ritwike of the Palette Company will start on Wednesday 10th October from 1-4pm. If you have already signed up with Ritwike she will contact you directly with details.
  • The French Circle will meet twice this month on Sunday 14th and 21st October, not weekly.
  • The Photography Circle will start again in November. Watch out for details.
  • Please remember, you need to be a current member of Ranches Ladies to join any of our Circles. Please also remember to renew your membership for 2018-2019 (if you haven’t already done so).  Check our website How To Join Our Membership

Trips:

Join us and book your place:  Museum of Illusions

On 28th October we will visit the newly opened Museum of Illusions. This is in Al Seef area and we will depart from Arabian Ranches Golf Club at 9.30am. It will cost 80dhs. More details to follow.
