Ranches Ladies Tuesday Social Morning

Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12 noon in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Please note the programme starts promptly at 10.30 am.

13th February 2018 Talk: Mara Galeazzi

 The Covent Garden Dance Company’s iconic Prima Ballerina will be giving us a talk on ballet before she performs for 2 nights on 15th and 16th February at the Desert Palm Dubai

Also enjoy a morning of Valentine themed quiz questions and win a delicious prize

 Announcements:

  • We are trying to identify members who are ‘gluten free’ so the chef can accommodate them for the Tuesday buffet.  Please let us know  by writing to ranches.ladies@gmail.com or telling Carole.
  • The buffet is changing to reflect a coffee morning  so expect items you would eat at morning coffee.

Circles:

  • Photography Circle starts today, Sunday 11th February at 10am, with Barry Lake at Shakespeare and Co, Arabian Ranches Retail Centre
  • February Poetry Circle at Carole’s will be 2.30pm Monday 12th February, the topic is Gardens.
  • Pilates Circle plans to start at Optimal Fitness week beginning Sun 18th February – we are looking at 3-4pm Tuesdays or 2-3 Wednesdays.  Anyone who has not already shown an interest please email circles.ranches.ladies@gmail.com.
  • Gardening Circle will be on Thursday 15th February with a trip to see Laila’s garden on the Palm and discuss how we propagate cuttings.
  • A new Beginners Bridge Circle with Anshu is planned to start Sundays from 4th March 2-3.30pm, except Trip days.  To register your interest please email circles.ranches.ladies@gmail.com. The original Circle will continue on Tuesdays
  • Art with Carl will resume on Monday 12 February and Thursday 15th.
