 Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12.00 in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club.   Please note the programme starts promptly at 10.30 and would ladies please be seated by then

Cross Fit Gym

Cyrus, owner/operator of Crossfit Gym, Motor City.  We’ve heard about it now ladies it’s time to see for ourselves.   The exercise craze that’s spread across the globe.  There’s none better than Cyrus himself to demo this – we might even feel inspired to join his gym.

•  Membership Renewal. A gentle reminder that there are only two Tuesdays left until your card expires. Do renew to make sure you can  access the website or use your card for discounts.
• Many thanks to all who helped create  a very successful Circles Morning last week. Over  70 ladies attended this wonderful morning showcasing our Circle activities. Please join a new circle or two and make new friends.
• If you know of any business who would be willing to give Ranches Ladies a discount please let us know.
• There will be a Library Morning at Melody’s this Thursday October 20th, from 09.00 to 11.30. A chance for you to pick up some reading material and have a cup of tea. Click this link for full details “Library Event”
