Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12.00 in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Please note the programme starts promptly at 10.30 and would ladies please be seated by then

Dr Sarah our good friend from breast cancer specialists Brest Friends will be our guest speaker today.

Those of you who heard Sarah last year will know what an informative and inspirational morning we have ahead of us. Please come along and bring a friend if you can. This is a must for ladies of all ages.

Many thanks to Allison for a great trip last week to Green Planet and to Melody for her library morning. Cyrus and his staff from Cross Fit Gym also gave us a great presentation last Tuesday
