Uni Mums
Uni mums – a social group for those with kids at university – meet around once a term and are planning to meet up at the end of this month. They also have a WhatsApp group.

Art Circle
The Art Circle had a wonderful class last week. Carole hosted it & it was lovely to see her Art Gallery which is the outcome of her hard work. We started a class project, ‘Thatched Cottage in the Woods’ by Thomas Kinkade. It was interesting to see everyone working with their own distinctive style on a common theme.
The Art Circle meet on Thursdays 10am to 12 noon. New members are welcome.

Gardening Circle
When moving to Dubai, it can be a struggle adjusting to gardening in a new climate. The Gardening Circle, led by Jackie Daair, are here to help. They meet around once a month to visit gardens or garden centres, share expertise and tips on everything to do with gardening.
The next meeting is planned for Friday 12th January 9.30am.

Poetry Circle
The poetry circle are meet once a month , to share and discuss poems on a theme.

French Circle
The French Circle, led by Bea Sion meet on Monday mornings, 10am to 12pm. If you know some basic French but would like to improve and learn more, join the French Circle. New members welcome.

Spanish Circle
The Spanish Circle is on Thursdays at 10.30am in Larte, Studio One Hotel, Studio City. Maria will be teaching for beginners or those who already know a little Spanish.

Cinema Circle
The Cinema Circle, led by Marina, meet on Mondays at Mall of the Emirates (provided there’s something good to see!) and often meet for coffee or lunch before or after the film. They have a Whatsapp and email group to decide on the film.

Walking Fitness Circle
The Walking Circle are enjoying early morning walks on Mondays.
Meet on Monday mornings at 7am outside the main entrance of Arabian Ranches 1 community shopping centre.
We will walk for approximately 1 hour 20 mins depending on route and distance. Stay for tea/coffee afterwards back at the community centre if you have time. New ladies are welcome to join.
