As 2023 comes to an end, here’s a glimpse of the amazing work the ladies in Art Circle have done this year. It’s a great achievement for each one of them and I feel very proud of their creativity & commitment. Look forword to some more wonderful work as we move into 2024.

Walking Fitness Circle
The Walking Circle are enjoying early morning walks on Mondays.
Meet on Monday mornings at 7am outside the main entrance of Arabian Ranches 1 community shopping centre.
We will walk for approximately 1 hour 20 mins depending on route and distance. Stay for tea/coffee afterwards back at the community centre if you have time. New ladies are welcome to join.

Literary Lunch Circle
On Monday 18th December, the Literary Lunch Circle enjoyed a great discussion of ‘Love and Saffron’ by Kim Fay, over lunch at LDC Kitchen & Coffee, in JLT.
Their book for January is a mystery thriller novel, ‘What Lies Between Us’ by John Marrs. They plan to meet to discuss this on 22nd January.

Yoga Circle
The Yoga circle are now meeting on Tuesdays and Fridays at 8.15am for outdoor yoga in Alvorada 2.
The Yoga circle members are going to receive a complimentary face yoga and face lifting massage technique training every Friday after the regular Hatha yoga session.

Book Circle
The Book Circle are reading ‘The Bamboo Stalk,’ winner of the International Prize for Arabic Fiction, written by Kuwaiti author Saud Alsanousi, and translated into English by Jonathan Wright.
They plan to meet over coffee to discuss the book on Friday 19th January, at Arabian Ranches Golf Club Restaurant. If you would like to join them, please email circles.ranches.ladies@gmail.com
Pilates Circle
The Pilates Circle meet on Thursday afternoons 2-3pm, at Optimal Fitness in Studio City. Gillian from Optimal Fitness is teaching the class. New ladies welcome.
