Happy Valentines Day to all Ranches Ladies members, past and present.
A Year for Hope
This week, the U.A.E. and the world celebrated the successful arrival of the Emirates Mars Mission’s Hope probe into orbit around the red planet. We look forward to seeing the pictures it will send back soon.
The global COVID-19 pandemic is not yet over. We can all do our bit to keep our families and others safe by continuing to wear masks, social distance and get vaccinated as soon as possible.
Tuesday Morning Coffee Meet Ups
RL is waiting for approval to restart our regular Tuesday social mornings, but you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to keep up to date with developments or ask questions.
You can also pop along to LARTE restaurant in Studio One Hotel on Tuesday mornings from 10.30am to meet Julia or Jeanette and find out about activities or membership.

Due to the current COVID-19 restrictions, circle groups are meeting online or in socially distanced ways, where possible.
The quilters circle have a very special guest for their February Meeting.
Paramjeet Bawa is an internationally recognised art quilter and teacher. She is renowned for her quilt ‘ Dust Storm’ that won multiple international awards. We are thrilled to have her present a trunk show of her quilting journey for our monthly meeting via Zoom on February 21st.

The February Literary Lunch Circle book choice is the Midnight Library by Matt Haig and it will be discussed on 15 February via Zoom. To find out more, contact Karen on firstname.lastname@example.org
The Book Circle meets on the 3rd Sunday of the month and will be discussing the international bestseller Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens on 21st February. Contact Jackie on email@example.com for details.
If you are hoping to get ahead with your reading the book circle’s March book is Night Boat to Tangier by Kevin Barry followed by Becoming from Michelle Obama.
Members of the Walking Fitness Circle meet at 7.30am outside Costa coffee at AR1 community centre every Monday. We are walking in socially distanced pairs, and walk for around an hour, finishing where we begin at Costa.

The French Circle is up and running virtually so if you would be interested in improving your language skills get in touch with Dominique on email@example.com. Classes are held every Sunday at 10am
The Spanish Circle has also restarted via Zoom, led by Manoly. The times of the classes are:Mondays 5.30pm for intermediates and Wednesdays 11.30am for beginners
On Wednesday at 2pm Philippa at Optimal Fitness is holding Pilates classes and offers RL members a discount on Zumba classes on Tuesday mornings. Email her on firstname.lastname@example.org
