RL Tuesday Social Morning
Our Social Morning will meet this week from 9.30-12 noon in Baker Finch Room at Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Please note the programme starts at 10.30 am.

4 Rhythms of Feminine Energy
Ana is a leadership coach and her focus is to introduce the concept that as women we function in a different way to men and by becoming aware of ourselves we can use this understanding to better plan and activate our daily routines. She will be outlining the 4 Rhythms of Feminine Energy and showing us practical ways of using this awareness in our daily life.
Announcements
On Tuesday 5th March RL Suz McDonald presented a bite size Mandala Art workshop at RL Social Morning. She spoke to us about her company, Sourceful, which offers group classes and one to one sessions for yoga, Reiki, Theta healing, meditation and mandala art. We all produced some lovely mandalas and can now recognise the use of the design in buildings and objects all around us. Carole’s below is a beautiful example.

This month we are collecting oil, flour and sugar to enable the ladies to make their own bread. We are happy to collect in the car park or you can leave bags at the golf club reception desk. If you would like to help bagging up or come along to Ajman with us please get in touch with Jeanette on ranches.ladies@gmail.com or speak to her on Tuesday morning.

This Week
The Arabic Conversation Circle will be held on Tuesday 12th March as usual. Come along to Caribou Cafe in AR1 community centre to learn some simple words and phrases in the beautiful Arabic language.
The Book Circle will meet next Sunday on 17th March at the Golf Club. The book is “Educated ” by Tara Westover.
The Quilters will also meet on the 17th from 9.30am at the Golf Club.
The Handicrafts Circle will also meet again on Sunday March 17th. Everyone is thoroughly enjoying learning new crafts and eating Bettina’s delicious cakes.
Coming Up Soon
The Literary Lunch Circle will meet on Monday, 18th March. The chosen book is When You Disappeared by John Marrs.
The Mosaics Circle will meet on Wednesday 20th March. Look on Ranches Ladies’ FaceBook for examples of their amazing work.
Our next Ladies Lunch, see above, will be on 24th March and we hope for a lot of support from our generous ladies.
The Art Circle will restart on Monday 24th March.
