 Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12.00 in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club.   Please note the programme starts promptly at 10.30 and would ladies please be seated by then

This Morning we welcome to Ladies Ranches Fitness First

How many of us say if only we knew what to do  to get fit we’d just do it?   Ok well here’s your chance!   Today we welcome Fitness First who are going to show us exactly what we need to do to get on track with a fitter, healthier lifestyle.  Bring your enthusiasm and they’ll show you the rest.  Let 2016 be the year you achieve that fitness you’ve always wanted.

Announcements:

•  There is a full-page advertisement about Ranches Ladies in the new Gems Family magazine.   Thanks to Gems for this free advert.
• If you’d like to see Ranches Ladies  Scottish dancers perform at the Golf Club Burn’s Supper on Friday 22nd January  and have a wonderful evening of gourmet Scottish food, dancing and light-hearted speeches sign up at the reservations desk at the Golf Club restaurant.
• It was lovely to see Joy Masood visiting us for a few days. She now lives in London but continues to update our mailing list on a regular basis.
• The monthly raffle for club funds raised 880 dirhams this month.  Thanks to those who donated prizes and to those who bought tickets and of course thanks to Jill and Heather who run the raffle.
