Dear Members,
As we bid farewell to 2024 and welcome a bright new year, I want to take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve had together at Ranches Ladies.
This year has been a remarkable one, filled with achievements, growth, and most importantly, the unwavering support of our wonderful members. One of our proudest moments was being recognized as one of the top 25 Non-Profit Associations in Dubai during the prestigious Ethraa event. This honor is a testament to the strength of our community and the amazing role each of you plays in making Ranches Ladies the thriving, dynamic organization it is today with 32 vibrant circles, we have created opportunities for connection, learning, and empowerment that extend beyond our group and into the wider women’s community in the UAE and beyond. Your dedication, talent, and enthusiasm continue to inspire, making Ranches Ladies a place where friendships flourish and dreams are realized.
Thank you for making 2024 such a memorable year.

Tuesday Coffee Morning
Last Tuesday, 24th December, at the the Ranches Ladies Christmas Eve coffee morning at Larte, ladies were delighted to be gifted lovely packaged chocolate from Chocolatier Xocoatl and Mince pies from Spinney’s.
Ranches Ladies weekly coffee morning is at Larte Restaurant in Studio One Hotel, Studio City on each Tuesday. We would love to see you there!

Volunteers needed for Newsletter and Social Media
Ranches Ladies needs volunteers for:
RL newsletter – helping to edit the newsletter. Basic IT skills only required as training will be given.
Vivienne is stepping down from this role due to other commitments and training new volunteers to take over by the end of 2024. We already have one or two volunteers but need one or two more ladies to share this task, so that it won’t take up much time for each.
RL Social Media – adding posts to Instagram and Facebook.
Mariana has been doing an excellent job with the RL social media for more than 2 years and is now looking to hand this over due to other commitments. We already have one volunteer but another could help to share this task.

Art Circle
ART Circle has the last class of 2024. Look forward to some amazing projects in the new year 2025.
