Dubai Fitness Challenge

Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) is a month-long celebration of fitness and wellness, challenging you to complete 30 minutes of exercise daily for 30 days (30X30).

Tuesday Coffee Morning
The renovations at Larte are not quite completed. Therefore, Ranches Ladies coffee morning for next Tuesday 8th October 2024, with new membership and renewals, will be at a meeting room on 2nd floor from 10.30-12 noon.

Trip Circle – Trip to Jumeirah Mosque
The Trip Circle visit is planned for Thursday 24th October to visit Jumeirah Mosque.

Pilates Circle
Pilates with Gillian at Optimal Fitness is a great way to keep your bones strong and strengthen your core muscles. Classes are on Mondays 10.30am and Tuesdays 2pm. Advanced booking needed to secure a place.

Art Circle
The Art Circle have started meeting twice a week, the beginners class on Monday and the regular class on Thursday. It was lovely to see ladies work on their individual projects. From Rajul, Art Circle Leader.
The Art Circle meet in Arabian Ranches 1. As the number of ladies have increased they have decided to split the group: Beginners class will be on Mondays from 10am to 12 noon and regular class on Thursdays as before from 10am to 12noon. New members are welcome.

Poetry Circle
The next Poetry Circle meeting is planned for Monday 28th October, 2pm. As well as reading poems, some members are also writing their own. Thank you to Mary for sharing her poem for the newsletter. We will be sharing other poems from the Poetry Circle in future newsletters.
