My Culinary Journey

My culinary journey began with a strong foundation in both International and Arabic cuisine. Throughout my career, I continued to expand my culinary horizons. Attending a culinary course in Thai cuisine, at the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok in 2005, helped to further enrich my repertoire of flavors and techniques. My passion for healthy eating and sharing my knowledge led me to conduct hands-on culinary demonstrations for prestigious institutions and food festivals in Dubai and worldwide. I also wrote and published “Dishes Made Delicious” – a cookbook with recipes from both Arabic and International cuisine. I have a diverse range of interests spanning sports, travel, and a passion for exploring different cultures. But my main passion is cooking and sharing this with others. I believe that everyone can be a good cook and I seek to inspire others to embark on their own culinary adventures.
I am a member of the International Culinary Institute “La Chaine des Rotisseurs” in Paris, and have a Bachelor of Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and a Diplome de la cuisine Francaise from France.
My Cooking Circle, will be restarting on Wednesday 25th September, 11.30am to 2pm, at my home in Palm Jumeirah. Come along to cook and eat tasty and healthy food together, in a fun and relaxed environment.

Ranches Ladies coffee morning, with new membership and renewals, for next Tuesday 17th September 2024 will be at a meeting room on 2nd floor instead of Larte from 10.30-12 noon.

The Art Circle had a lovely class last week, with many ladies being in a creative & relaxing mood after a long Summer break. They are working on a group project, Wheat field with cypresses, by Van Gogh.
