Charity Initiative by Choitram and MSF

Lunch Circle
Last Monday, 6th May, the Lunch Circle enjoyed a delicious 3 course menu at Jun’s award winning Chinese restaurant on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, Dubai Downtown. The food was inventive and delicious! The service was excellent and it was a lovely group of ladies as always!
The next lunch is planned for Wednesday 29th May at Duomo Italian restaurant at the Edition Hotel, Dubai Fountain Street, Downtown. This lunch is full, but you could be added to a waiting list in case of any cancellations.
Karen Weaving, our Lunch Circle leader, will be leaving Dubai in June, so this will be the last lunch she is organising for the group. Karen has done an amazing job with the Lunch Circle which has offered wonderful food and great company. Thank you, Karen, you will be missed! We wish you all the best for your move and hope you come back to visit us soon.
Karen Richardson has kindly volunteered to lead the Lunch Circle from June onwards. Thank you Karen and we wish you every success.

Afternoon Tea Circle
The Afternoon Tea Circle, led by Lou, had to postpone their afternoon tea at The Address Downtown on Wednesday 17th April due to bad weather. It will now be on Wednesday 22nd May at 2pm.

Art Circle
The Art Circle had a great class last week, with ladies making some beautiful paintings.
The Art Circle, led by Rajul, usually meet on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon in Arabian Ranches 1. New members are welcome.

The Line Dancing Circle meet at Melodica Dance Studio, near Waitrose in Motor City.

Uni mums – a social group for those with kids at university – are meeting around once a term. They also have a WhatsApp group. They are hoping to meet for an impromptu Uni mums lunch on Tuesday 14th May.

Fitness Walking Circle – Arabian Ranches 1
The Walking Circle are making the most of the cool weather with early morning walks on Mondays. From June, they plan to move to indoor walking for the summer months.
Meet on Monday mornings at 7am outside the main entrance of Arabian Ranches 1 community shopping centre.
We will walk for approximately 1 hour depending on route and distance. Stay for tea/coffee afterwards back at the community centre if you have time. New ladies are welcome to join.
