Dubai Comedy Festival
Dubai’s annual Comedy Festival is now on until 21st April.
Over 40 of the world’s biggest and funniest comedians are performing at Dubai Opera and Roxy Cinema in Dubai Hills Mall.
This year the Dubai Comedy Festival will also include a wide variety of events including fringe comedy shows, concerts, parties, community events, well-being workshops and so much more.

Dubai Singers and Orchestra Concert
The Dubai Singers and Orchestra will be performing Verdi’s Requiem, considered to be one of the greatest compositions in classical music, in Abu Dhabi, at the Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental Hotel on Sunday 21st April.
Ninety singers with a quartet of professional soloists flown in from the UK, accompanied by a sixty-piece orchestra, will thrill audiences with their performance of Requiem, the soul-stirring operatic choral work by Giuseppe Verdi.

Coffee Morning Talk – Tuesday 23rd April
On Tuesday 23rd April, author Paulette Buizer will be giving a talk about her book ‘How I came to be the UAE.’ Come along to hear the inspiring story of how the United Arab Emirates, came to be the amazing country it is today.

The Art Circle had a lovely class last week, with ladies making some beautiful paintings

There are limited spaces for Leila’s new Cooking Circle, starting on Wednesday 24th April. At the first session on 24th of April, participants are also invited to view Leila’s garden, which is still blooming with some exotic flowers.

Ranches Ladies Quilters are a group within Ranches Ladies who love creating with quilting, sewing and embroidery.

Walking Fitness Circle
The Walking Circle are making the most of the cool weather with early morning walks on Mondays.
Meet on Monday mornings at 7am outside the main entrance of Arabian Ranches 1 community shopping centre.
We will walk for approximately 1 hour 20 mins depending on route and distance. Stay for tea/coffee afterwards back at the community centre if you have time. New ladies are welcome to join.
