An Evening of Hypnotic Entertainment with Dave Crane at Theatre by QE2

Ranches ladies had a very enjoyable evening onboard the historical ship QE2 docked at Port Rashid on Friday the 20th of October. The evening began with pre-theatre drinks in the comfortable theatre bar before taking our seats for the show. We were entertained for two hours by Dave Crane and his group of willing audience volunteers. Dave also gave us a bit of a background on the hypnosis procedure and how it can assist some people in changing their life for the better such as losing weight, stopping smoking and addressing anxiety issues, among many other things. The evening was filled with lots of laughs and good fun and Dave certainly held a captive audience. All too soon the show had ended and we returned to the theatre bar for a nightcap.
A big thank you must go to Rob Duce – Chief Executive Officer and his team from Outside the Box Events for bringing this interesting show to Dubai.

Real Estate Chat – Tuesday 7th November
Next week, Ranches Ladies members are invited to a complementary continental breakfast and presentation from Engel & Völkers at our Tuesday coffee morning on Tuesday, November 7th 2023 at 10am.
There will be a short presentation with a question and answer session on renting, leasing, buying, contracts, dealing with landlords, and any other UAE real estate queries.
Kindly note breakfast is at the earlier time of *10am.*

Tuesday Mornings
Ranches Ladies are meeting every Tuesday morning at Larte Restaurant in Studio One Hotel, Studio City from 10.30am – 12pm. Join us this Tuesday.
If you have not yet renewed your membership for the year 2023-24 you can do this on Tuesday morning at Larte Cafe, Studio One Hotel. Membership is required for RL activities and WhatsApp group. New members are also welcome to join on Tuesday mornings.

International Festivals Lunch Circle
Mexican Lunch
The International Festival Lunch Circle held a Mexican lunch cooked by Maria and hosted by Karen. The ladies enjoyed a fantastic Mexican meal, along with excellent information on Mexican life and food from Maria. Also drinks prepared by Maria and Karen, before finishing off the lunch by dancing to La Bamba, led by Carole.
A big thank you to Maria and Karen for cooking and hosting.
Do you have an upcoming festival in your country you would like to celebrate?

Yoga Circle
The Yoga circle, led by Mariana, meet on Friday mornings 8.15 to 9.15am. They are having a nice tea and chat after the morning yoga session in the park.

Walking Fitness Circle
Now that the weather has improved, the Walking Fitness Circle are moving back outside from today onwards. New ladies are always welcome to join.
Meet outside main entrance of community shopping centre in Arabian Ranches 1 on Mondays at 7.15am sharp. We walk for around an hour and stay for tea/coffee afterwards back at the community centre.
