Tuesday Mornings

Ranches Ladies are meeting every Tuesday morning at Larte Restaurant in Studio One Hotel, Studio City from 10.30am – 12pm. Join us this Tuesday.

Have you renewed your Membership?

If you have not yet renewed your membership for the year 2023-24 you can do this on Tuesday morning at Larte Cafe, Studio One Hotel. Membership is required for RL activities and WhatsApp group. New members also welcome to join.

Please bring completed membership form, your Emirates ID (or passport if non-resident) and fee of 120 AED (please try to bring exact change).

If you are unable to get to Larte on Tuesday morning to do your renewal, you can ask a friend to bring your form, copy of your ID and membership fee.

Spanish Circle

The Spanish Circle will restart from 12th October on Thursdays at 10.30am in Larte, Studio One Hotel, Studio City. Maria will be teaching for beginners or those who already know a little Spanish.

Art Circle

The Art Circle are working with different themes and techniques and are creating some beautiful pieces. New members are welcome.

The Art Circle meet on Thursdays 10am to 12 noon.

Mosaics Circle

The Mosaics Circle meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9.30am to 1pm.

Mariana is teaching yoga on Mondays 8.15-9.15 am, starting today.

Mahjongg Circle

The Mahjongg Circle are meeting to play on Mondays from 10.15am to 1pm, upstairs in Shakespeare and Co, Arabian Ranches 1.

Storytelling Circle

The Storytelling Circle meet once a month, usually on a Monday afternoon, to share stories on a theme. The theme for 23rd October is Jewellery.

New – Canasta Circle

The new Canasta Circle, led by Farah, is starting from this week on Thursday mornings from 11 – 2pm.

Uni Mums

Uni mums, led by Marina, are a group for those with offspring at college or university. They meet around once a term and have a WhatsApp group.

Literary Lunch Circle

The Literary Lunch Circle meet over lunch to discuss a book they have read.

They are currently reading ‘All my Rage’ by Sabba Tahir, a YA novel about family and forgiveness, love and loss, in a sweeping story that crosses generations and continents. The next meeting is planned for Monday 16th October (date and venue to be confirmed).

Book Circle

The Book Circle, led by Jackie, meet once a month to discuss a book they have read.

They are currently reading ‘The Book of Lost Names’ by Kristin Harmel, a powerful story of survival and resilience set in the 2nd World War.

The next meeting is planned for Friday 20th October 9.30am at the Ranches Golf Club Restaurant.

Italian Circle

The Italian Circle is restarting from 4th October.

Learn how to speak in Italian while having fun!

The Italian Circle is held in Melodica Motor City, Waitrose Center on Wednesdays 11am to 12pm, from 4th October. 🇮🇹Free trial 🇮🇹on Wednesday October 4th.

Walking Fitness Circle

During the hotter months, the Walking Circle have moved indoors. New ladies are always welcome to join.

Meet 9am sharp on Mondays at Dubai Hills Mall outside Marks and Spencer’s. Closest parking is via Entrance E, Sharaf DG Parking P1. We walk for one hour and have coffee afterwards at Marks & Spencer’s coffee shop.
