RL Reunion in London – 27th July 2023
Sue Fulham is organising a Ranches Ladies reunion lunch, for current or previous members, in London on Thursday 27th July.

Tuesdays at Larte
Ranches Ladies are meeting on Tuesdays morning at Larte, Studio One Hotel in Studio City, 10.30am to 12 midday. Join us for tea or coffee and a chat.
You can also join or renew your RL membership and find out about activities on offer. Coffee mornings may continue during the summer if enough people are around.
Newsletter Contributions
Can you share something with other RL members? We need short (200-300 word) articles for this newsletter, with photos if possible. Please send to ranches.ladies@gmail.com
Any items or updates for the newsletter, please send by Friday 12 midday for inclusion in the next Monday’s newsletter.
For July and August the full newsletter will be taking a break, but general messages and any urgent announcements may be sent out.
RL Circles News
See the Circles Calendar for June on the website for more activities.
The following circles are now on a break until September/October: Italian, Quilters, Gardening, Hiking, Outdoor walking, Line Dancing, Poetry, Storytelling and International Festival Lunch Circles.
The Book Circle have their last meeting this Friday before taking a break.
The Spanish circle will continue meeting, Thursday mornings for beginners and Friday mornings for beginners and intermediates. until the end of June, possibly part of July. Then will start again in Sept.
The Yoga circle will continue meeting, 8.15am on Fridays, until the end of June and then will start again in the end of September.
The Crochet circle will continue to meet for July but not August, Tuesday 1-2:30pm.

Shanghai Circle

Walking Fitness Circle
The Walking Circle have moved indoors for the summer months.
Meet 9am sharp on Mondays at Dubai Hills Mall outside Marks and Spencer’s. We will walk for one hour and have coffee afterwards at Marks & Spencer’s coffee shop.
New ladies are always welcome to join.

Uni Mums
Is your grown-up child about to leave for studies abroad? Uni mums, led by Marina, are a group for those with offspring at college or university. They meet around once a term and have a WhatsApp group.
They are planning to meet for lunch on Tuesday 13th June.

Italian Circle
The Italian circle ladies have been practicing Italian gestures! Did you know there is a whole dictionary?!
The Circle is now taking a break until September. We wish you all a wonderful summer. See you in September!
Mosaics Circle
The Mosaics Circle are having fun creating some beautiful pieces.

The Spanish Circle, led by Maria, meet on Thursday mornings for beginners and Friday mornings for beginners and intermediates.

Art Circle
The ladies in the Art Circle have done some amazing work this year. The Art Circle usually meet on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon. They will be taking a break in the summer but may will continue until around 20th July if people are around.

Book Circle
The Book Circle are reading Tomorrow and Tomorrow by Gabrielle Zevin.
They plan to meet on Friday 16th June, 9.30am, Arabian Ranches Golf Club Restaurant, to discuss this book. The Book Circle will then take a break in July and August.

Jewellery Clinic Circle
The Jewellery Circle Clinic Open House is planned for Wednesday 21st June from 11am.
Bring along any old jewellery that has sentimental value or some that you don’t wear anymore. Hayet can help you redesign it or fix it and enjoy wearing it again.
