Ranches Ladies are meeting for coffee and a chat on Tuesday mornings at Larte Restaurant in Studio One Hotel, Studio City (across the roundabout from the back entrance of Arabian Ranches 1) from 10.30am- 12pm.

Emirates Literature Festival
The countdown to the 2022 Emirates Airline Festival of Literature has started! The coming Festival will be spread across two weekends from 3-13 February, with talks and sessions taking place in Al Habtoor City, with some activities and exhibitions remaining open during the week.

International Lunch Circle
The next International Lunch Circle will be a Malaysian lunch, hosted by Ai Ling, with Yvonne and Sue helping with cooking. Monday 21st February 12- 2pm.
There is currently only one space left. Once fully booked it will waiting list only, in case anyone who has booked is unable to come.

Uni Mums Circle
The Uni Mums Circle is a social group for those with sons or daughters at university. They meet at least once a term.
Their next planned meeting is for brunch at The Sustainable City (Next to Arabian Ranches 2) on Friday 28th January at 11am.

Cinema Circle
The Cinema Circle meet on Monday mornings at Vox cinema in Mall of the Emirates. The time depends on the chosen film.

The Poetry Circle, led by Carole, meet once a month to read and discuss poems on a theme.
The next meeting is on Monday 24th January and the theme is ‘Winter’.

Jewellery Clinic Circle
Ranches Ladies president and jewellery designer, Hayet Zerelli, is running a monthly jewellery clinic circle. Bring along your old jewellery – beads, silver, gold etc. – that you no longer wear and Hayet will advise or help you change it into something you will wear again.
The next jewellery clinic will be on Wednesday 26th January, 10.30am – 12.30pm.

French Circle
For those who know some basic French but would like to improve and learn more, join the French Circle. They will restart weekly meetings on Friday mornings from 21st January. The venue varies.

Gardening Circle
The Gardening Circle are meeting on Thursday 27th January 9.30am to learn about composting and how to make and use liquid fertiliser for growing vegetables.
This meeting is now fully booked, but you can contact Jackie at circles.ranches.ladies@gmail.com if you would like to join for future meetings.
Mosaics Circle
The Mosaics Circle, led by Ayesha, will restart on Wednesday mornings from 12th January, as long as there are enough ladies, in Green Community East, DIP.

Intermediate Spanish Circle
The Intermediate Spanish Circle, led by Manoly, meet once a week on Mondays at 5.30pm.

Art Circle
The Art Circle are meeting on Thursday mornings to learn new techniques and create beautiful paintings. The venue may vary.

Yoga Circle
Mariana is teaching yoga. The days have changed to Mondays and Thursdays from 8.30am. The format is 60 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes for tea and snacks.

Ranches Ladies Quilters are a group within Ranches Ladies who love creating with quilting, sewing and embroidery.
Meetings are now on the 3rd Monday of the month due to the weekend change. Meetings are currently held via Zoom.

Walking Fitness Circle
The walking fitness circle meet on Mondays at 7.30am outside Arabian Ranches 1 retail centre main entrance. Last week they walked nearly 12 km around Arabian Ranches 1, in under 2.5 hours! This week they are also planning a longer walk, with coffee afterwards.

Hiking Circle
Do you like hiking? The new hiking circle are organising day hikes with a professional guide while the weather is good in various areas of the UAE.
