Happy Sunday morning Ranches Ladies!
Many Dubai schools reopen this week for the new academic year.
As summer is drawing to an end and those who have travelled are returning to Dubai, we look forward to meeting up again and welcoming new members.
Volunteers Update
Thank you to the two Ranches Ladies members who have volunteered to help on the webteam. The webteam will be keeping you up to date on RL activities via this newsletter and social media, and updating the website over coming months. Please bear with us as we get up to speed.
There will be more volunteering opportunities once we are able to restart the regular Tuesday social mornings. So please bear this in mind for the future, if you have time to spare.
Tuesday Mornings
We are waiting for official approval to restart our regular Tuesday social mornings, we hope this will be possible in the near future.
In the meantime, some RL members and potential new members are meeting informally for coffee at LARTE restaurant in Studio One Hotel on Tuesday mornings from 10.30 – 11.30am.

Membership Renewals
A gentle reminder that membership renewals are due from 1st September.

Julia will be processing membership renewals at LARTE on Tuesday mornings from 10.30-11.30am, 31st August onwards. Please bring a copy of your Emirates ID, or your passport.

RL Circles News
Many circle groups will re-start activities in the coming month.
The new Circles Calendar for September will be posted on the website soon.
Art Circle
The Art Circle, led by Rajul, have been continuing to meet on Thursday mornings over the summer, learning new techniques and creating beautiful paintings.

Literary Lunch Circle
The Literary Lunch Circle meet on the third Monday of the month to discuss a book they have read over lunch.
They are currently reading ‘Both of You’ by Adele Parks, a shocking, immersive thriller about disappearing women, dark secrets and toxic relationships. It will be discussed on Monday 20th September.

Book Circle
The Book Club meet on the third Sunday of each month at 10am.
The book for September is ‘A Fall of Marigolds’ by Susan Meissner, a compelling, inspirational novel about love and acceptance. It will be discussed on Sunday 19th September.
