The summer holiday period is here but a lot of Ranches Ladies are staying here in Dubai. Ranches Ladies has a number of online circles still meeting and members will be continuing to paint, sew, make mosaics and enjoy all their crafts
Although Dubai is returning to normal RL cannot resume its activities, meetings and circles until we have received government approval from the CDA. As a result we cannot resume our Tuesday coffee mornings or organise the usual circles. Please bear with us and continue with your online activities.
We will let you know as soon as Ranches Ladies can meet face to face again
Ranches Ladies the Movie
RL is hoping to create a short video telling the world all about Ranches Ladies and its members. If you are a current or former member of RL and would like to submit a short recording of your positive thoughts and memories of RL and Dubai please send a short video recording (no longer than 30 seconds in length) to Shelley on ranches.ladies@gmail.com. Maybe write a short sentence and then record yourself reading it to camera on your phone. You can email Shelley if you need any advice on making the recording.

RL is holding our Zoom coffee morning every 2 weeks and the next will be on 21 July at 10am. We would love you to join us to catch up with your news.

Jackie will then send you an email invitation which you can use to join the Zoom meeting. Just click on the link in the email you receive at 10am on Tuesday 21 July

Literary Lunch
The next Literary Lunch book is Blood Orange by Harriet Tyce. A zoom link will be sent later in the month
The Emirates Literature Foundation
There will be eight sessions in this first series. The sessions are free to watch but pre-registration is required. After the event the session will be hosted on the Emirates Literature Foundation YouTube channel.
We now have a few regular weekly circles which are held on online and will continue for the next few weeks. On Mondays and Thursdays at 2pm Mariana is live streaming her Yoga classes and on Wednesdays at 2-3pm Optimal Fitness is holding Pilates sessions.
The French Circle has now stopped for the summer break
