Ranches Ladies Tuesday Social Morning

Our Informal Coffee Mornings meet from 9.30am in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club from 3 July 2018.

Announcements:

Due to renovations to the restaurant at Arabian Ranches Golf Club we are meeting upstairs in the Baker Finch Room for our informal coffee morning on Tuesday 7th August at 9.30am and every Tuesday throughout summer until 4th September, when our RL Coffee Morning programmes will re-start.

On 6-22 March 2019 Abu Dhabi Special Olympics World Games will host athletes of determination (with intellectual disabilities) from over 170 countries around the world. The Committee is seeking volunteers in the Delegation Assistant Liaison Programme to personally accompany athletes and their delegations for the duration of the games. We are still looking for a photographer who can take professional quality photographs of our RL coffee morning on 4th September for the RL calendar. If you know anyone who could volunteer their time and expertise for 2 mornings of photography please email Connie on ranches.ladies@gmail.com

 Circles:
  • The Mahjong 2 Circle is meeting every Sunday throughout summer at 12.30pm upstairs at Shakespeare’s and Co in AR1 community centre.
  • The Shanghai Circle is meeting every Thursday at 12.30pm for lunch or 1.30pm to play at Jumeira Islands Club.
  • In Carl’s absence the Art Circle will meet informally on Monday 6th August at 2pm. Please let Sara know if you intend to be there. Carl will recommence his Monday and Thursday art circles in September.
  • The next Literary Lunch will be held on 27th August and the book being discussed is The Art of Hearing Heartbeats by Jan-Philipp Sendker.
  • Tuesday 25th September will be our big Circles Morning in the Baker Finch room when you can come and see what ALL our Circles have to offer. Not to be missed!
