Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12.00 in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Please note the programme starts promptly at 10.30 and would ladies please be seated by then.

Mystery Speaker plus Thermomix Demo
Our mystery speaker this week is Tricia McGinty who will be telling us all about her beautiful home country, Canada. We also welcome Nomin Tumur who will demonstrate the amazing Thermomix cooking appliance and prepare some delicious dips for us to sample.

- Walking Fitness Circle now starting at 7am from the shops at AR instead of 7.30am on a Wednesday, because of the warmer weather.

- There will be no Yoga this Monday, 3rd April. It will restart on Monday 10th April.
