 Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12.00 in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club.   Please note the programme starts promptly at 10.30 and would ladies please be seated by then

“Gardeners Question Time” with our good friend Liz Maley-Craig

Do you ever imagine sitting outside in your garden surrounded by beautiful fragrant flowers? Do you then realise the dream doesn’t match the reality? If you answered yes to either of those questions this week’s programme is for you!  Liz knows enough about gardening to give us all green fingers. Bring your questions, limp leaves, troublesome trees or sulky shrubs and Liz will attempt to put us right.

Announcements:

•  The Festive Bazaar, organised by Hayet, raised over 11,000 dirhams, including the raffle for Ranches Ladies funds.  Congratulations to all our vendors, to the raffle organiser Sue Fulham and her team. to the Golf Club for sponsoring the room and doing the setup, to Lorna for setting up and loaning her lovely Christmas decorations, to all the ladies who helped in any way and to all the ladies who came and bought raffle tickets and bought from our vendors.  It was a wonderful morning.  Thank you all.   Carole
• The 6th December will be our last coffee morning of the year at the Golf Club with our annual Christmas Party morning.
• The 13th December will be a garden party in my garden from 9.30 – 12.00  Put your name down with Melody on Tuesday and the one after.  I can host 35 ladies.  Donations of food welcome.  A donation of 50 dirhams towards Ranches Ladies funds can be made at the time of booking.  Only bookings in advance, no entry on the day if you have not already  booked as I have limited space. • The Monili Diamonds were won by Sharon Murugan, our lovely mahjong leader who has run the mahjong circle for many years . The raffle raised  9,100 Dirhams. Thanks to Sue Fulham who obtained the Monili diamond set for us and to Melody who patiently sold raffle tickets for many weeks

• We wish all our ladies going on todays trip to  Al Marmoom Equine Therapy Centre a very enjoyable day
