Our Social Mornings meet from 9.30-12.00 in the Baker Finch Room, Arabian Ranches Golf Club. Please note the programme starts promptly at 10.30 and would ladies please be seated by then

You are what you Eat!
On Tuesday we welcome Nutritionist Stephanie Karl from JTS Medical Centre, who will talk us through some of the changes you might be experiencing and the importance of dietary choices and targeted supplementation to top up your deficiencies. If you have any specific questions Stephanie will be pleased to help and advise in a Q&A session after her presentation. A must for ladies of any age.
Announcements:
- A very big thank you to Hayet who organised the Spring Bazaar. It was a lovely morning mainly attended by Ranches Ladies members. Thanks to all who came and bought from the stalls, raffle tickets, cakes and those who made them.
- Thanks to all our stall holders. to Sue Fulham and to Kathy Chater and her team of Meet and Greet ladies who ran the raffle. Thanks to Costa for their raffle prizes and thanks to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club for giving us the room free and the staff who did a wonderful job of setting up and keeping us going with refreshments. It was a lovely relaxing morning with friendships being made and renewed.
- The Spring Bazaar raised the grand total of 12816 dirhams for Ranches Ladies funds. The cake stall raised 1026 dirhams, the raffle a wonderful 4540 dirhams and the table rentals 7250 dirhams.
