Presentation on 1st November
We are delighted to have our first presentation this year for Ranches Ladies tomorrow – Tuesday, November 1st 2022, 10.30am at Larte, Studio One Hotel, Studio City.

Christmas Craft Morning
Ranches Ladies Christmas Festive Wreath making & festive coffee morning will be on Tuesday, December 13th 2022 at Larte, Studio One Hotel in Studio City. Open to Ranches Ladies Members and visitors.
This festive event gives us the opportunity to make and decorate and take home your own personally designed wreath in the comfort of Larte together with guidance and quality materials supplied by Gorgeous Flowers of Dubai. Also enjoy tea/coffee and festive pastries.
Book now to celebrate our first post-covid Ranches Ladies festive morning and get into the festive spirit of the festive season.

Tuesday Mornings
Ranches Ladies are meeting every Tuesday morning for coffee at Larte Restaurant in Studio One Hotel, Studio City (across the roundabout from the back entrance of Arabian Ranches 1) from 10.30am – 12pm.
Please note, there are roadworks and road closures in the area of the 2 roundabouts which connect the back exit of Arabian Ranches to Studio City and Motor City and it is not possible to cross over directly to Studio City. Probably the best routes to reach Studio One Hotel from Arabian Ranches are via D61 (Hessa Street) or D54. More details of suggested routes have been sent on the RL members WhatsApp group.
Have You Renewed Your Membership?
If you have not yet renewed your membership, or you would like to join, you can do this at Larte Cafe, Studio One Hotel, Studio City on any Tuesday morning from 10.30am to 12 noon.
Please bring completed membership form, your Emirates ID (or passport if ID unavailable) and fee of 120 AED. Get more information and download the form on the membership section of our website: Ranches Ladies Membership and Renewals
If you are unable to get to Larte on Tuesday morning to do your renewal, you can ask a friend to bring your form, copy of your ID and membership fee.

RL Circles News
The number of Circles activities are increasing so it is not possible to fit each one on the newsletter every week. The new Circles Calendar for November is now available on the website for more activities.
Trip to Dubai Opera
Last Thursday, a small group of Ranches Ladies enjoyed a trip to Dubai Opera for the 25th Anniversary show of Riverdance, with some Arabic Mezzo before the show.

New – Crochet Circle
The new Crochet Circle, led by Debra, will start from 1st November, every Tuesday from 1-3pm and Thursday from 8:30-10:30am.

International Lunch Circle
Carole is planning to restart the International Lunch Circle in November. The new plan is for lunches to be focused on International Festivals from members’ home countries. So, for November this could be Thanksgiving, or any other festival happening during November or December.

Spanish Circle
The Spanish Circle, led by Maria, meet on Thursday mornings in Dubai Marina for beginners and Friday mornings for beginners and intermediates. If you would like to join them, email circle.ranches.ladies@gmail.com for more information
Hiking Circle
Now the weather is less hot, The Hiking Circle have started again. Get out of the city and enjoy the natural beauty of the UAE.

Walking Circles
Today, the Walking Circle are walking in Dubai Hills Mall. Meet outside Marks and Spencer’s at 9am to walk for one hour around the mall. Stay afterwards for refreshments and a chat at the small cafe inside M&S.
From Monday 7th November, they are planning to walk outdoors again, starting at 7.15am outside Costa Coffee Arabian Ranches 1 retail centre.

Beach Walking Circle
The Beach Walking Circle, led by Monika, at Kite beach (Blue Villas parking) on Tuesdays at 6.30am, walk for around 7-8 km and stop for coffee afterwards.

Art Circle
Last Thursday, the Art Circle, led by Rajul, followed their weekly painting session with a Diwali Celebration. They enjoyed wearing festive dress and some delicious Indian food.
The Art Circle meet on Thursdays from 10am to 12 noon to learn new techniques and create beautiful paintings. New members welcome.

Yoga Circle
Mariana is teaching yoga – 8.30am on Fridays and 6.30pm on Tuesdays.

The Pilates Circle meet on Thursday afternoons 2-3pm, at Optimal Fitness in Studio City. Gillian from Optimal Fitness is teaching the class and there is space for more ladies to join.
