Our speaker this week is Chef Paul Ryan who has trained and worked in Ireland, Scotland, Australia as well as touring the world with F1, and is now working here in Dubai.  He will be demonstrating tasty canapés, salads and starters to inspire us.  If you would like Chef Paul to answer a specific question for you, please email your questions to us at ranches.ladies@gmail.com before 24th.

•  Happiness Group will meet on 23rd of January.
• The Ranches Ladies Scottish Dancers will be doing a demo  at the golfclub Burn’s Supper on 26th Jan.  Ranches Ladies are offered tickets at member’s prices.  Please see website for more details.
